CellConnect - Elite Plan

Customers will receive a credit on their monthly bill for the Carrier Cost Recovery Fee (see below). Customers will receive a paper bill and can pay via check or credit card.

Customers will be assessed a Carrier Cost Recovery Fee. The Carrier Cost Recovery Fee is 11.9% of your long distance and international long distance charges. The fee helps VTCL recover costs associated with providing long distance and international long distance services and the cost of terminating calls to international destinations and billing expenses. This fee applies for each month in which you have any VTCL long distance and/or international long distance charges on your bill. This fee is not a tax or charge required by the government.

You are also responsible for Government Mandated Charges, which include taxes and fees that VTCL is required to assess on its customers by law. These fees vary depending on the location of the customer since provincial and local taxes differ across jurisdictions.
