How can I find a dial-up number to connect to Startec Internet Service? |

Please refer to the list of access numbers available within the My Account section on www.startec.com. Once you know the access number, you should check with your local phone company to find out whether it will be a local call for you. (Remember, even if a number has a different area code than yours, it may still be a local call for you). If you can't locate a local dial-up number, send an e-mail with your city name and area code to customercare@startec.com |

Can I change my primary email address? |

No. You can not change your primary email address. However, you can have up to five (5) email accounts. Simply call our Technical Support line at 1-800-731-4248, and set up additional email addresses. |
